Insight Training Centre was established in 1999 to provide education and skills training to everyone focusing on youths boys and girls so that they can reach their full potentials to be either employed in other institutions or be self employed. Insight's objective is to keep youths out of the streets into offices and workshops thus reduce poverty and crime.

Insight have started to adopt the  competency base approach focusing more on practical than theory for training and assessment/examination by ultimately doing away with the tradition of examination as the only mean of ascertaining ones ability.

Insight started with a humble beginning of one computer four type writers and two class rooms. Today we  have three campuses, one in Churchill's Town Sere Kunda, one in Sinchu Alhagie Kombo North and one in Basse Manneh Kunda.

Insight will continue to work on project that would mold young people for
better tomorrow.
